Sheena Mitchell is a seasoned legal counsel and a trade-mark agent, who has been providing effective and practical legal advice to businesses and entrepreneurs for more than 25 years. Prior to joining WHC, she was the founder and principal of Cielo Law, a boutique law firm that specialized in corporate and commercial law, real estate, and intellectual property law.
Sheena has extensive experience in handling a wide range of commercial issues, including contracts, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, commercial real estate, employment, trademarks, licensing, and social media initiatives. She has also published several articles and submissions on topics related to her field of expertise, such as timeshare real estate structures and employment law. She is passionate about helping her clients achieve their business goals and protect their business assets.
Born and raised on Vancouver Island in her spare time she enjoys the outdoors with her family.
