Scott has a varied litigation practice which has allowed him to represent clients in court and administrative tribunals in British Columbia, Alberta and Yukon. Scott regularly defends professionals, including lawyers, in claims and disciplinary proceedings arising from alleged professional errors or omissions. Scott also acts for parties in claims of personal injury and wrongful death. Scott represents buyers, sellers and realtors in litigation surrounding the purchase and sale of real estate. Scott also represents executors and beneficiaries in estate litigation. Additionally, Scott has experience acting as an Independent Supervising Solicitor pursuant to Anton Piller Orders.

Scott has a young family and coaches his son’s soccer team. He also enjoys road cycling and cross country skiing and he and his wife enjoy fixing up their heritage home.
