Dan completed his law degree in 2020 from Thompson Rivers University, and was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2021 after completing his articles at a national firm in Vancouver.

Dan’s practice focuses on corporate-commercial law, commercial finance, and real estate matters.  He has experience preparing and negotiating various commercial contracts, including share and asset purchase agreements, trust and agency agreements, software licensing agreements, and employment and independent contractor agreements.  Dan takes a keen interest in his clients’ businesses in order to provide legal services which are tailored to their needs, and strives to deliver pragmatic solutions with a friendly demeanor.

In his free time, Dan enjoys cycling, travelling, and all kinds of board sports.
